How many of you have had your friends lists grow around the 1st of the year with these "Resolutioners"? How many do you anticipate to remain? How long do you feel they will stay around for?
If you had one piece of advice for them to help them stay on their journey, what would it be?

I got a couple.
I love resolutionaries. I hope they all stay and meet their goals.
I started as a resolutionary in 2013 and lost 113.6 pounds.
My advice would be:
1. Depending on your starting weight, you can lose 1 to 2 pounds a week. There are 52 weeks in a year.
2. 16 ounces of water = 1 pound (more or less) - don't freak out about little gains that don't align with your food intake.
3. Unless you tend to freak out about weight - weigh daily and track your weight - this will help you see the underlying trend.0
