Cold is nothing! Get Yaktrax and run outside. I'm just outside St. Louis and it was -2° F here this morning.Yes, that is ice on my beard.

I just got frostbite looking at that picture.

    Heck to the NO!

I'm in CT and while it was a whopping 5 degrees the "feel like" was -15. I almost froze to death going out on my porch to get more wood for the stove!!

Seriously though I applaud anyone who can get geared up and out in the cold to exercise. I'm not a fan of the cold. Never mind the fact that my roads are rarely plowed and sanded and there are huge potholes that can swallow a compact car that you can't see beneath the snow.

Music or audiobooks :) or Netflix! (my phone supports netflix so I just bring it to the treadmill with me!)

I don't - I detest and loath the treadmill. They mess up my knees and gait. I just layer up, go outside, and pray I don't get hit!
