Buttermilk marinade-How to log

I'm making oven fried chicken tonight and I have the chicken marinating in buttermilk. I'll enter the recipe to get a calorie count, but how would I go about counting the buttermilk since a lot of it will be tossed? Measure what wasn't used and enter what was?
Sorry if this is a dumb question. I tried searching but didn't come up with anything.

I measure what I start with and what I have in the end to gauge what was used.0
