Suggestions on the Bodyweight Training App by Mark Lauren?

I just downloaded the Bodyweight Training app by Mark Lauren & I really like how much it offers but have no idea where to begin with this app. Any suggestions from someone that's used it before? I'm lost! Thanks!!

So I was curious and I downloaded the free version of the app on my iPhone. It has guided programs for you if you buy the full version, and it seems pretty straight forward. Otherwise it lets you use the "Quick Workouts" to do some stuff within a period of time that you choose. The only limitation it seems to the "Quick Workouts" is that draws from a database of only 8 exercises. Many more available in the paid version.

Seems like a good app, what are you lost about exactly?

I did get the paid version because I've had a hard time sticking to strength training workouts in the past and thought this might help... I'm building workouts in it for myself now... figured that out at least. I guess I was lost about how to customize the workouts but I believe I've figured that out with the "workout builder" and favorites feature. Loving the example videos of how to do each exercise! I wanted it to give me workouts for upper, lower, core, etc. but with being able to build them for myself based on my skill level, I think I'm actually all set at this point. Spoke too soon ;-p
