Long days

On fridays I get up at 6am and then don't go to bed until 3am on Saturday morning. Should I publish my day at midnight and log anything I eat from midnight to 3 as a new day or make it all one long day?

I wake up at 7am and go to bed between 2-3am. I consider everything from waking to sleep to be one day. Just makes things simpler I think. There's no right way though so do whatever works for you.0

I prefer to think in "waking periods" rather than days (during the holidays I'm mostly nocturnal i.e. sleeping 4pm-10pm and awake 10pm-4pm)
But whichever you choose I'd always do the same.0
