Weight loss making me moody?

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I've been noticing for the past few weeks that my emotions have been on a bit of a roller coaster ride. This is VERY abnormal for me and I find it very annoying. It's somewhat similar to how I've responded the couple of times I've been on birth control. I've never used one for more than six months because eventually I was flying off the handle at everything and biting my husband's head off for no reason. My emotions are nowhere near that bad right now, but I am noticing a difference and the only thing I can point to is the weight loss. I am also noticing an effect on my TOM so I am thinking that something is messing with my hormones a bit.
If you have experienced this, did it go away or level off eventually? Like I said, REALLY don't like feeling out of control with my emotions.....

Are you exercising to help release the endorphins to make you feel better? Are you eating enough to get enough nutrients? Sleeping enough?0

Just a thought, something that really goes with sudden mood roller coasters, is there any chance your pregnant? It may be possible with switching birth control so often.0

It could be several different things. It could be withdrawal from sugar or alcohol or caffeine. I have found exercise and drinking tons of water help to perk up my mood. If you are over depriving yourself it can also drive you into a bad mood. I usually try to fix a little bit of chocolate into each day. Good luck.0

Ha! Yea, low calories NOT the issue. I am exercising on average 5-6 hours a week, combo of weights and HIIT so I should also be releasing LOTS of endorphins. I do get SAD issues in the winter, but the exercise is helping with that. Just to clarify, I have been off of birth control for YEARS at this point, just brought it up because the emotional issues felt similar. I just came off my TOM so very unlikely I'm prego, but will keep an eye on it because it's certainly not impossible.
I doubt it's anything to do with my diet specifically as that hasn't really changed. I'm eating the same as I always have, just actually measuring. I can out eat my exercise quickly....
Like I said, the only thing I can isolate as being different is the weight loss....:ohwell:0 -
It could also be SAD. Since you are not eating as much including carbs, it may just be hitting harder. Getting outside or buying the special light may help.0

Ugh, HATE SAD, can never tell if that's actually the issue, too damn random. Maybe. Will try more sunlight.0
