Trainer Compliments!

i had my wellness checkup today at my gym, and the trainer said she was 'shocked' to see how much i could lift on the leg press (115 pounds). she had me start out at 65 pounds, and i nearly broke the plate right off! once she saw that that is where i really was, she explained that she expected me to have really overdeveloped quads to be able to lift that much - she likened it to big turkey legs - and she said she was really suprised that i could lift that much and have my legs be the 'nice, trim shape' that they are! *so* excited to have a 'nice, trim shape' part of my body! now, if only my stomach would follow suit...
