"Starting over" on MFP

So I'm effectively starting over with MFP; I was pretty good for a while when I first started, but 2013 ended up being a very bad year for me, I fell into depression (which was a first for me) and due to the effects of that, I haven't used MFP for a while. Luckily I'm not entirely back at the starting line; I've been eating significantly better living off campus, and I have to walk back and forth between class and my apartment everyday. I've also been taking courses regarding health and nutrition, so I at least have a good foundation to build on top of. I just want to use MFP as a journal, but it's a lot more fun with friends!
I'm taking on smaller monthly goals (more doable as a college student), and plan on doing two 5k runs this year. Are there any others who are runners, or maybe just trying to eat better in general? I'd especially love some people to talk about running and share recipes with.
