    I still use miracle whip. Otherwise, a sandwich, just isn't a sandwich.

    Fresh diced tomatos, diced boiled egg, lemon juice, fresh ground black pepper, dash of celery seeds, 1 teaspoon mayo, 1 tablespoon mustard and the tuna. Mix it all up and throw it on top of shreded salad greens. Or in a sandwich of you prefer.

    Also works with leftover salmon or shrimp.

    I've used a bit of olive oil just to help hold it together. Tastes good, binds ok.
    I've never been a fan of mayo but this is the one recipe where i'll use a small dollop.
    As little as I can get away with.

    I add tuna to my greek salad (tomato, cucumber, feta, olives, red wine vinaigrette).
