Here we go again

I'm back for good. I have been here before, gained weight, lost weight, stopped tracking, and gained weight. It's clear to me now that I'll have to hold myself accountable for each workout and each meal if I want to be the healthiest version of myself.

I’m 5’4” 34 years old and I weigh about 155 pounds right now and I think I want to weigh 130 but what’s more important is that I lose some fat and get stronger and faster. I know that I have to stick to the calories in calories used mantra but I have no idea what the best exercises are or if I really have to give up pizza and wine... I hope not...

Anyway, I'm in for new knowledgeable friends if you're up for the task.

With a good balance of calories in and calories burned, wonderful things like pizza and wine can have their place (in moderation), like most everything else. Exercise can range from walking to full blown workouts, it's about finding what you like and sticking with it, if you don't do something you like, it will not last long. For the long term, a lifestyle change is what will lat you, like what you do and create permanent habits that will endure.

Feel free to add me if you like, I am not here to motivate people, that they have to find for themselves but I am willing to support, encourage and lend my (limited) knowledge.
