Strange leg issue

Hi this may only be a question for a doctor which I am unable to afford right now but I thought I would ask and see if anyone else has experienced the same issues. Basically when I go running my right leg rotates in a circular motion inward and it feels like I am going to fall. I haven't run in awhile because of this and it happens a lot if I run on the treadmill. Anyone know a remedy for this problem with specific stretches or anything?
Thanks!

It could be one of a few things, but it's hard to tell what's wrong without seeing you run. Try to have an experienced runner watch you. Or upload a video of yourself running on a treadmill, viewed from behind, at knee level.0

I don't think so. I never had this issue while running before. During high school sports I ran fine. Only started up about a year ago.0

Check your foot arches while standing barefoot. Is the right one flatter than the other?
