Hey my name is Cheyenne. I'm 19 years old, and i really want to lose some weight.
I now weigh 177 lbs, my goal weight is 143 lbs. For me it is a lot because food is my solution to everything is my life.
I also have asthma which aren't supporting me to work-out for a more than 2 hours on a day.
I'm looking for some supportive friends who keep me on the good track. Feel free to add me, or ask me some questions

Welcome Cheyenne! This is a great place to come to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Making friends on here will really help to keep you accountable and motivated. You shouldn't have to work out for 2 hours a day 1 hour should be the most that you workout. What kind of workouts do you do? I have sent you a friends request. I enjoy supporting fellow MFP friends.
