Hey there!
This might be a really stupid question, but when you set "gaining weight" as a goal... is it meant to be merely translated in muscle mass? I'm asking this because I've been paying atention to my daily caloric needs while working out and trying not to get extra fat from my routine, and I was just browsing the "goal" section and noticed a " maintain weight" goal corresponded to an amount of calories that I consider a bit excessive... Is there any one here who could enlighten me, please?
Thanks for the atention, people

It will not all be muscle mass. It will be combination of muscle, fat and water. IA slower gain of about .5 to 1 lb per week should minimize fat gains.0
