Looking for friends for Success!!

I am on here looking to finally take control over my weight..@ 12 years old i was 5 10..by 14 i was 190 lbs.. I had a rough time in school.. @ I joined weightwatchers lost 30 lbs.. and i actually maintained it at 160 for about 5 years..last year i had my wisdom teeth removed and my weight flucuates so much in a day..that i hate looking at a scale..ill look at a muffin and gain 5lbs lol..anyways throughout my younger years i havent really been my thinest..and i want to get there so if it seems unrealistic..at 5 10 140..well i know supermodels weigh less then that..i basically just wanna see how low i can go, and go based on how i feel soo i cant really put a weightloss goal down..all i know is 155 is not to skinny on me lol..so im shooting for 135-150 a loss of 20-35 lbs.. or maybe less and toning.. but more so level myself out so im not gaining water weight or whatever that is thats showing up on the scale..on top of it this year i found out im on my way to having a thyroid[GENETIC}.. dont have it yet but metabolism is so low from diets..not eating enough..eating the wrong stuff...

My old way of eating... skip breakfast... eat an apple at lunch..few cookies kinda deal..not a healthy supper..and snacks afte 8pm im just flat out not hungry but a snacker... my hungriest time is in the am... but i can never get my routine happening before im rushed out the door,, anyways this is before... and hoping to change all this..plus add an earlier bedtime to the deal.. and maybe see some results..

Im here opening up to you..supporting my decision to change for the better... and looking for other who need some true uplifting support.. lets help eachother..

I am 5'10" and it is nice to see tall people band together. The numbers on the scale look different on tall people, I have always had a high metabolism and could not gain weight I stayed at 133 forever. But like all things that too came to an end. As I had my children each left 10 lbs. on me and my doctor said my body needed it. At 160 I felt good, looked good and all was fine! Then the metabolism slowed down and I got a desk job and gain 40 more pounds! I am with you 100%, the key is to keep it moving. I got a FitBit Zip for Christmas and it has been very motivational. Friend request sent... and to everyone else here...Add me!
