Just joined a few days ago and already love it. I am not sure where to ask a question so guess I will ask it here. Is there some way to add a food not on the database that you have the info on? I haven't seen where I can do that but am not finding all the food on the database. I saw where I can add calories but not the other stuff. Happy in Florence, SC!

    You can add food ..just type something in the search where you add food and way down at the bottom it says something like "cant find what your looking for?" and you click to add in your own thing..if you cant find it just mail me i will try to explain better

    You can go under food--my food--then create food. Good luck taddaw. I noticed you were from Florence. I'm from the upstate in Seneca.

    Welcome to MFP! If you go to food, then my foods and then create food you can add a food into the database! xxxxxxxxx
