New To My fitness pal!

Hello all!

I have had MFP downloaded on my phone for quit awhile now but never used it. I have made it a point to keep a journal and count calories for a healthier me and weight loss. I am 5'0 and 165lbs, I know right :|

As a new years resolution I plan on sticking to this until I reach my ideal weight of 125lbs hopefully by August 1 2014!

I plan on having a super awesome summer!

Anyways the reason I joined this was for motivation and to document my eating habits to see my areas to improve on. Follow my journey on Instagram as well @bcandoit
