I'm new to this site... Just wondering if anyone would like to give me any tips on using this site! I have had a really hard time losing weight after having my 3 boys... It's been up and down!! I'd like to keep it down! If you have time thanks in advance!!:smile:

    Track your food and exercise every day and read the message boards for inspiration - especially the success stories. You're among friends here:smile:

    Welcome. Start off by tracking all the foods you eat. Get starting measurements and before pictures (wish that I had done so). Make friends here for motivation and support. You will do great. Good Luck and friend me if you like.
