Fitness buddies anyone?

Hi everyone!

I made an account on myfitness pal approximately 19 months ago and promptly neglected it. When I logged in today I was shocked by how much time had passed. A pop-up window immediately suggested I update my goals and it was horrifying to see that my current weight then is my goal weight now. I'm determined to get into shape and make serious changes in my life.

Some background:

I'm nearly nineteen years old (yikes, that's insane!) and I currently weight 132 pounds at 5 feet 7 inches. Oh, and I'm a girl. Weighing less isn't my ultimate goal, as I imagine I could very well end up at 133 pounds (but in shape) due to muscle. Throughout high school I weight 115 pounds, give or take, until senior year when I got up to 124 pounds. Upon starting college this year I went up to 137 pounds which is the highest weight I've ever been. I can't blame anyone but myself. My eating habits have always been relatively healthy with a tendency to lean towards VERY unhealthy when I leave home. Although I didn't eat terribly at college, it was more or less what I ate before, I was sleeping a whole lot less and not working out at all. I currently attend a competitive college and my time management skills are abysmal, resulting in an entire week where I slept 2-3 hours each night (not unusual, sadly). I feel as if sleeping significantly less amplified my weight gain (late night snacking is the bane of my existence).
