Look at my food diary and critque

My diary is open, I will put a discloser that I ate over/especially on fat around the holidays a couple days, but the last few days are average. I just upped calories though. Yeah, I have sweets every day but fit it in in moderation, and sometimes have multiple things but small amounts, or if i have larger amounts I make sure i have room for it. So yeah overall, good, bad, ugly, what should I keep, what should I change...help, I've decided I want to lose 10 pounds right now ASAP healthily. I lift and I run

    In what point of view?

From someone who trains and coaches others, I'd say its poor. Full of processed foods, only a moderate amount of fresh foods, and you seem to love your carbs all day.

For an everyday person? Well, according to MFP all that matters is calories so seems relatively sensible level.

What you eat - Not something I'd advise, but then after years of helping people shape up quickly and effectively, its hard to be objective for a 'normal' every day persons diet.

just for a normal person, I don't always add like all the veggies I eat because the calories are negelible, but my meals are fresh not processed and most of my snacks as well except for chips (which I tend to buy "healthier" ones) and then my dessert things which I already mentioned
