Hello....my daughter got me on this site and I love it. I am 56 yrs old ,HATE to exercise and on meds for depression. Seems to me thats 3 strikes! I love knowing how much I'm eating and WHAT I'm eating. So thanks my darling daughter for this wonderful gift!!!!
