Lifting Heavy - Dumbbells

Hi,
I would like to start lifting heavy, however joining a gym is not an option. My condo gym only has dumbbells. Can anyone recommend where I can find a good 3-4 day dumbbell program or app? For anyone doing SL5x5, is it possible to do it with dumbells?
Thanks in advance for the help!

For the SL5x5, I will say yes, others might disagree, but you can do the same basic movements with the dumbbells that you would with the barbell and make progress. My one caveat to this is I would suggest gonig slower than you would with a tracitional SL routine.
I have been working with dumbbells for about two months now and it has been working quite well, my only problem at this point is I've got maybe another month before I'm outlifting the dumbbells in my apt. gym. Luckily that will be for the deadlift and I don't need to purchase a whole lot of equipment for that. The real problem will hit when I need to start using the barbell for my squats and bench.0
