30 day shred

Hi all im new to this
Ive got about 5 -6 stone to loose after having 2 children who i put all the weight on with.. before having both children i was always a touch over weight but not much and it seems ive not lost any baby weight and put more on..
well ive started to use myfitness app to record all food and drink intake which ive been good and stuck too. Ive always walked loads each day which im sticking too and ive also started to do the wii fit again for an hour a day while the kids are busy. And im going to start jogging twice a week while my youngest is at nursery.
i just wondered if anyone has any good results with the 30 day shred?? Im going to start this tonight once the children are in bed.
