Has anyone completed this challenge that can show before and after pics?
I really want to do this but think pictures will motivate me to stick to it!

    Seems excessive.

Your results will be far better and more noticeable if you pick up a lifting routine like New Rules of Lifting, Stronglifts, Nia shanks, etc. Im partial to Stronglifts.
Squats 2 or 3 times a week with weights.

Itll produce a better than the 250+ bodyweight squats tthe squat challenge has you do.

    This.

Bodyweight squats aren't going to do much for you other than get your heart rate up. Looking into a program like LishieFruit mentioned. You'll see much better results from that. Not trying to rain on your parade, squatting is a great thing to start doing, just better if it's weighted and part of a progressive loading program.
