30 day squat challenge .... Motivation needed!

Has anyone completed this challenge that can show before and after pics?
I really want to do this but think pictures will motivate me to stick to it!

I have heard people refer to the 30 day squat challenge, could you explain it to me

Seems excessive.
Your results will be far better and more noticeable if you pick up a lifting routine like New Rules of Lifting, Stronglifts, Nia shanks, etc. Im partial to Stronglifts.
Squats 2 or 3 times a week with weights.
Itll produce a better than the 250+ bodyweight squats tthe squat challenge has you do.0 -

That explains it better than I possibly ever could ???? for me it seems a doable challenge but I am open to trying other things an will look into what has been mentioned ????0 -

Bodyweight squats aren't going to do much for you other than get your heart rate up. Looking into a program like LishieFruit mentioned. You'll see much better results from that. Not trying to rain on your parade, squatting is a great thing to start doing, just better if it's weighted and part of a progressive loading program.0 -
