running with manure - calorie burn?

This morning I picked up 20 bin liner bags of manure for my veg plot and instead of getting the wheelbarrow out of the shed, I ran from the car to the compost bins 10 times with a bag in each hand; a total of 15 minutes HIIT running!

Calorie burn - what do you think? I figure around 200 calories.

No - not a serious question - just wanted to tell someone I had been running with manure this morning.

    Would you believe - guinea pig?

    I know a local lady who kennels guinea pigs and rabbits and I regularly take away her (her guinea pig and rabbit that is) poo, soaked newspaper and straw bedding. Each bag around 20lbs of steaming S-HIIT!
