I start my plan as of 'YES' Monday

Ive setup my exercise training plan for the week starting monday. The reason for starting monday is because I will be comiing off my night shifts and going into my midday shifts. I am ready to go and i think I have this fitness pal thing all sorted but only time will tell. All the best to everyone else. Thats us lets kick this in the assssssssssssssss.
