Hi just thought I'd pop in and say hello! I try and keep fairly fit with a fair bit of running but due to an injury haven't done much since September and with Christmas etc probably put on close to a stone so now it's time to start losing it. I really struggle with eating the right foods as I just seem to enjoy anything that's bad for you so thought I'd start checking out the forums here for advise and motivation
