I've just joined again following the usual Christmas nightmare (carols since September/mince pies and mulled wine after every concert since Nov 30th etc etc etc). I've put on so much weight which needs to come off so I can fit into my spring/summer concert gear! Get in touch if this rings any bells (pardon the pun!)
