Hi. My name is Rob. How are the weeks laid out?

I am new to this site. I am very excited to track my progress. Does anyone know how the weeks are laid out because I started on a Tuesday. Does the week go to Saturday or next Monday. I am so confused.

    My goals say 5000 calories burned in one week. Is that until saturday because I am not even close.

    i believe it would be the 7th day from when you started ....everyone weighs in and calculates according to their start..hope that helps

    Is there any way to change your start date. I started on a Monday and I want my week to start on Sunday, know what I mean?
