I am new to my fitness pal and this has been very easy to use. I have been overweight most of my adult life and live to eat. I know that tracking is the way to lose but I track for awhile only to return to my old eating habits when I stop. I am determined to journal each day and trust the weight to melt away. Thanks for listening:smile. Looking forward to this journey!

Hello and welcome. Once you start logging and realize just how much you usually eat, you will have a little more willpower to do right. Also get your cardio in there as often as you can
