Hi everyone . I'm 33 and a mommy to 3....ages 8, 6, and 3. I'm currently 122 lbs and 5'3 tall. I've been running on and off for the last 1.5 years. My goal is to lose around 10 lbs....mainly upper thighs and abdomen. I have calorie counted before, but never through mfp. I hope to get to my goals by my 34th birthday in March. The hardest thing for me is staying within my calorie needs to lose weight. My plan is to run and start doing some form of strength training. Do you think the 30 day Shred workout will help with strength training? I've heard gaining muscle is great for losing fat. I need all the motivation I can get, so feel free to friend me .
