Hello everyone! Am I glad to be here! Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself and ask a few questions.
So far I love the site. Today I cut sugar out of my coffee X SIGH X
Not to bad with the sugar sub truvia. I kind of liked it. Took it from 180 to 60. Next week the half and half LOL
So my question is I do the wii plus fitness. Does anyone else? Does'nt feel like enough exercise to me. Today I got the "Your shape with Jenny MCcarthy", we shall see how it does.
If you do the wii what do you find that works best for exercises?

Welcome! You can try fat free half and half! I tried the truvia but like splenda better. I do have a Wii fit but don't use it much in warm weather. I walk or do use my rebounder (mini trampoline).0
