I usually have 2 eggs (whole, scrambled on the bacon grease), one strip of bacon, 2 wasa crackers + a serving of fruit (usually bananas or tangerines) and that is about 300 calories.

edit to clarify: that's my breakfast.

I love 2 scrambled eggs and another egg white. The egg white fills you up, its full of protein and only about 16 calories (I think). It still tastes the same

2 eggs scrambled, English muffin, half avocado or fruit.
I've bought some chicken sausage to try instead of the English muffin.

Kashi lean almond crunch cereal with 1% milk

Bagel thin with 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese and smoked salmon.

    Thanks guys!

I started a new workout program Monday! So I am on day 2! Yesterday I ate a an egg burrito. I scrambled the two eggs with NO butter:) I put two table spoons of Feta cheese my Favorite 45 cals. 100 cal whole grain tortilla, two eggs 140 cals and then added some salsa 10 cals! So I did awesome with that and it tasted great.

Today I ate the Aunt millies 100 cal english whole grain muffin, 1 egg NO butte 70 cals,r, 1 slice of kraft cheese 60 cals, and two pieces turkey bacon 40!

All under 300 calories and they both taste great!

I also, LOVE making homemade wheat pancakes and waffles and Banana pancakes.. I am just not going to add Butter or Syrup to keep that under 300 calories!

Thanks, For all your AWESOME IDEAS:))

I only buy real butter! I love it. But I don't need to cook with it. It just adds calories I don't need. I will still use it on some things like my cooked veggies at dinner. But If you use REAL butter it does add a lot of fat/calories.

It adds no more calories than olive oil, coconut oil, canola oil, etc.

It takes my 300 Calories Way over the top. That is why I don't use it.

I still enjoyed my waffle this morning without it.

    Protein Pancake

    1/4 c. Oats
    1/2 c. Egg whites
Cinnamon ( or apple pie spice, or pumpkin pie spice - as much as you want)
    Vanilla (same)
    dash of salt and pepper
2 packets splenda (if you use sugar, adjust calories)
1 tbls. Peanut Butter (calorie count includes real peanut butter)
    1/2 banana

Put all ingredients except peanut butter & banana in a blender or smoothie maker and blend. Consistency is up to you. I like my oats kind of chunky. Pour into a pan sprayed with Pam. Cook on med-high heat for about 2 minutes. I lift the edges a little for the runny part in the middle to come to the side (kind of like cooking an omelette). Flip. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Top with peanut butter and banana.

Some people blend the peanut butter and banana into the mix. I like mine on top. Be creative with fruit and toppings. The options are limitless.

I wish I knew how to add a pic. But the calorie count comes to 273.
