Looking for Intermittent fasters

I've been doing it for a week. 8/16 ratio. I eat from 12p - 8pm about 1500-2000 cals. Using 4 tsp of fiber, 4 fish oil 1200mg, and 1 Tbsp of coconut oil per day. Walking 20-30 mins per day.

I'll do this for 2 weeks and probably shrink the food window by a couple hours. Then after a couple months, shrink it again for a couple days per week. Long term maintenance will be a fast a couple times a week.

Feeling good.
