Hey fitness pals, I've hit a plateau which I know is normal. I would say that my plateau has lasted for about 3 weeks now. My eating habits and strength training have stayed the same and I've taken my cardio up a notch. Doing longer cardio and adding interval training to my run routine. I was wondering if any of you think starting the jillian michaels 30-day shread or 30-day ripped would help get past my plateau. As always I'm open to suggestions!

I've had plateaus last 3 months and more, so 3wks isn't worrisome...frustrating, though.
30 day shred has never helped my weight, but it's a great workout.0 -
I think her "no more trouble zones" is my favorite of her stuff.0

The 30 Day Shred is a great workout...there is also Ripped in 30 for a more challenging routine. I've reached all of my goals with only Jillian Michaels DVDs...60 pounds, 47 inches, size 18 to 6.
Good luck with your goals!0 -
I've done 30 day shred, never take off any weight when I'm doing it but I've lost inches it is a good workout.
Right now I've been playing around with her body revolution series. I'm losing quite a bit of weight with this one.0
