I don't know if this is where I should post this question, but i'm trying to log in that I did insanity today but it's not coming up. So how would I log that, or what should I put it under?

If you can get a heart rate monitor for a good figure on calories burned0

I put it under High Impact Aerobics for most days (just the warm-up and core workout), add in about 7 minutes of Stretching-Yoga (for the stretches), and if it is a Recovery day, use Low Impact Aerobics.
For best results, I agree with the poster above and say use a heart monitor for the calories (I don't, but I'm not eating back calories, just following the TDEE-500 plan).0
