Does anyone else have a Total Gym?

I just got a total Gym today at a second hand store and I am at such a loss for where to even begin. If anyone can give me some pointers or any kind of info that would be so great. Thanks everyone.

I was just scooping out the forum & noticed you question. Have you found exercises for the TG? If you are on Facebook, look up TG & they have a ton of exercises on there. They also have DVD's to buy on their site.
