    Eat clean healthy foods.
    & excersise daily :)

    I'm happy at my current weight, too. My BMI is right in the middle of where it should be for my height and weight, so I'm happy with this as well (although I'm not sure how important the BMI is).
    I am working on strengthening and toning my body through running and tai-chi.
    I have learned and am learning to maintain a healthy, balanced diet. Junk food is okay but in moderation and controlled eating portions.
    I am feeling good and want to keep it that way.
  • How is tai chi ? Interested in knowing more! Been awhile since I've been on ! Definatly close to my goal of having my abs back like before I had baby! Been a few set backs do to life changing events but continue to keep the healthy lifestyle and continue to learn more every day ! Actually taking a course to become a nutritional therapist :)
