Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat add onions and garlic saute 5 minutes. then add chicken broth, carrots, potatoes, cauliflower, squash and celery and bring to a boil, simmer until tender 10-15 minutes. Transfer to a blender in batches and puree. Return to pan with milk, seasonings and flax seed and reheat , do NOT boil. Pure enjoyment! :love:
