Insanity and A Busy schedule?

Lately Ive been doing good keeping up w/ workouts by schedule but I find that I have very busy days & unexpected things occur that prevent me from working out daily. Should I still continue and just do what I can or choose a less demanding program until i have a more stable schedule?

    I found that getting my workouts in before work in the morning has been the best thing for me - it does mean getting up a bit earlier, but it ensures I make time to workout and I feel ten times better during the day! This may not be practical for you, but just a thought :)

    Also, I'm starting Insanity on Monday!!
