Looking for motivators!

Hello,

I am new to MFP and I am ready to start a healthy new year and years after.

I have depression and have had it for most of my life. I really want to recover as it has taken its toll on me.

I sleep too much because of it and every day feels like a struggle to just start my day.

I am off and on with feeling better and its so hard to stick to diet and exercise but from what i remember what has worked for me

before was the diet and exercise and i how it gave me more energy.

Anyway, basically i am looking for MFP pals to exchange wisdom maybe they know how to overcome the depression, and also
just people to help and to help me to become motivated to eat healthy and to exercise. Maybe share ideas or recipes

Maybe there is someone out there that is wanting to do the same thing? Change their body, mood and energy level?
