I found that if i brush my teeth after everytime i eat it gets the taste out of my mouth and bc i have a clean mouth im much less tempted to dirty it again(lol). It also helps you realize if your really hungry or you were just planning on eating bc you wanted to

    Try a dill pickle. Seriously. zero calories and you don't feel deprived.
