Jillans 30 Day shred.

There are 3 Levels, if you are doing this program or have done it how long do/did you stay on each Level? Thanks in Advance :)

    I think is supposed to be 10 days on each level, but you can add more days if you are still struggling with a level.

    I did 10 days straight of each level, with a day off in between the levels. I found level one to be a bit easy, but I figured it was prepping me for level 2, so I just did it anyway. The whole DVD killed my knees to the point that if I do it again at all, it will just be for a day here or there in between other things.

    I've done it before but I didn't follow the 10 days per level.

    I did this
    day 1- level1
    day 2- level 2
    day 3-level 3

    x10

    This way you don't get tired of the same moves for 10 days. Rest days 1-2 per week depending on how your knees are holding up. There is a lot of jumping around that aggravates the knees.
