Here to lose about 20 lbs

Hey everyone! I'm 22 and looking to lose about 20 lbs (160 lbs down to 140). I'm especially looking to get into better shape, so I'm trying not to lose the weight too quickly, because I don't want to lose too much muscle, but mostly fat.

I would really love peers (peers of any age/fitness level, really) for support! I am trying to get more involved in this community because I'm developing a huge passion for nutrition. I would love to encourage others -- and be encouraged! -- so please introduce yourself and add me!
