I am great at staying under my calorie range but everything else, I am in the red. Not by much mind you, maybe like 2 or 6 over. Mostly it is my Fat and Protein. Will that effect my weightloss? Is it ok to go over?

I think that's great! The main thing is your calorie goal, the rest are how you get your calories and as long as you are close, you're doing fantastic :flowerforyou: .

protiens are ok , but try and keep your fats under control . Though the calories are less you will loose weight but extra fats can lead to other issues, so a little over is ok but not too much over . CHEERS !

Those numbers are guidelines, so a bit over or under is no issue. I actually "calorie shift" including the seperate ntrients day by day so mine are regularly up and down. I have found that I respond better this way by "keeping my body guessing".
