Need someone to give me a kick up the butt :)

H there guys, Well I did try this last year but due to work commitments I couldn't give it my full attention. I am currently weighing in at 11.8 stone :( so have gained back 4lb of the stone I lost last year.My target is 9st4 ..I do suffer with back pain after breaking my l4-l5 3 years ago so the cross trainer is a real no go.I am going to strat swimming and also looking for a Pilates class in my area.

Anyone in the Swindon area looking for a fitness buddy please get in touch.Any diet tips or exercise tips would be greatly appreciated will upload pics later not feeling to brave right now :(

I do tend to slack and lose enthusiasm a bit due to having a fitness freak BF who nags me a lot sometimes I just want to dig my heels in and stick my two fingers up at him lol

However I am now doing this for me...Not him nor anyone else so now I believe I will do this. So if you see me slacking please feel free to give me a kick up the butt :)
