If someone were loosely following an eating style based on Whole30 but they allowed occasional treats and such isn't that just Paleo?
Specifically for vegetarians- if they refrained from sugar, dairy, processed foods, ect., but sometimes allowed, lets say, oatmeal into a recipe (for like veggie burgers, bean balls or something), and ate beans, or not being to strict when eating at others houses(i.e. not being rude and only taking carbs that they have to, but refraining as much as possible to not seem pickier than they already are)
