Picky Eater Ideas?

I'm going to try taking a more clean approach to this lifestyle change, but I'm concerned because I can sometimes be a picky eater. A few examples below:

I don't like the yolk of an egg (so that leaves out veggie/egg omelettes), and if I make a quiche- I'm going to want to put some cheese into it which will suck up calories like nobody's business.

I eat almost no red meat to begin with-- so that shouldn't be an issue, but I'm also not a fan of chicken if I can can taste the 'chicken' flavor. It needs to be disgused by some other strong flavor.

I'm not a fan of beans because of the texture.

Any other picky eaters out there? How do you eat clean and still have options?

What do you like now? If you are used to the Standard American Diet, then your taste buds could be tainted. Also, it takes 15 times, on average, for a person to develop a "taste" for some foods. There are lots of foods out there to try.

It also helps to what quality food you try/eat as well. Quality is most important with foods.
