I can't say for women, but as a man, I used to hate leg days.

It was a chore.

Nobody can see how ripped your legs are and.... I couldn't even walk up the stairs or sit on the toilet due to leg pain after leg days.
A toilet is the place to release tension and relax but god damn it, leg days ruined it!

But leg days are important for growth... I mean it's the biggest muscle group in our body and it is our foundation!

So... do you work out your legs enough? If not, you should.

How many times do you work out your legs/ week?

(Squatting on the toilet doesn't count)
