Wanting to get back in shape

Hi everyone,

I'm 32 and trying to get back into shape, it was only a few years ago that I was in the best shape of my life, now....not so much. I used to be able to exercise for 2 hours a day and it was nothing, now I think I'd throw up if I did that. Looking to get back to the gym and drop 30 lbs and keep them off. Just in general get back to a healthy me, can't say why I dropped off because I don't have an asnwer other then I suppose I just got lazy.

Anyways here's to a successful 2014 and a successful life
