Looking for input

I am 49 and have been on MFP for over 500 days now. I have lost 80 lbs, hitting 159 in Novemberbut have pretty much plateaud since November when i hit the 80 lb lost mark. My weight fluctuates from 159-162, t I exercise 4-5 pounds a week and strictly follow my 1200 calories a day. I do not allow myself cheat days. I usually consume more protein that what MFP suggests, eating around 60-70 grams a day on average. I would like to see 152-155 consistently.

This is not the first time that i've lost this much, 10 years ago i was heavier and got down to 145, but i ate way too many carbs, not nearly enough protein or fat, and didn't keep the weight off.

Just looking for some advice on what i should change to loose a little more, or is it possible this my body's set point?
